Counter-Notification

Your counter-notification must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
